Upon request, we provide a monthly itemized superbill. You can submit this receipt directly to your insurance company to seek potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Many private insurance companies will reimburse patients for a portion of speech therapy services. We strongly encourage you to contact your insurance company before starting therapy to understand your specific coverage. Questions to ask:

  • Do I have out-of-network speech therapy benefits?
  • Is there a deductible I need to meet first?
  • How many sessions per year are covered?
  • Do I need a physician referral or prior authorization?
  • What is the reimbursement rate for CPT codes 92521 (evaluation) and 92507 (therapy)?

Private pay

ReImagine offers transparent private-pay rates. We do this intentionally — because we believe cost should not be the reason a family goes without care. Payments are collected in advance of evaluations and therapy sessions. Flexible payment plans are available based on family financial need.

We accept cash, credit cards, HSA, and FSA for private-pay services.

Gift certificates

Gift certificates are available for families who want to help invest in a loved one's therapy. Contact us to purchase the gift of therapy for someone you care about.

Second opinions

Sometimes families just need a second opinion — a fresh evaluation to confirm a diagnosis, qualify a child for school services, or complete paperwork for adoption, foster care, or state services. ReImagine provides formal testing, a complete written report, and recommended goals with no further commitment required.
